About this Event
The West Michigan IIBA cordially invites you to an exciting presentation on March 17th, 2020 on “The BA WOW - Through Magic and Work”.
In this event, we are excited to present to you a magic show by Jeffrey Alan “Adding Tada to Your To Do” followed by the presentation on “Disciplined Agile and Where the Business Analyst Fits In” by Shane Sievers.
Jeffrey Alan
Jeff is currently on the Board of Directors for The American Museum of Magic, Marshall Michigan, and the Board of Trustees for The International Brotherhood of Magicians (I.B.M.). He is also the current (I.B.M.) Territorial Vice President (TVP) of Michigan and International coordinator of all TVPs worldwide.
More recently, he was President of International Brotherhood of Magicians, Ring 211 (May 2017 - May 2019).
Since his first public show as a pre-teen, Jeff has entertained audiences across the country. He was named “Muskegon Michigan’s Foremost Magician” by business leaders. A Muskegon Chronicle review heralded his mastery of magic on the stage. He has performed on television, and on two occasions with a radio simulcast.
His assistant, Emanie, has been an integral part of the show for over a year.
Shane Sievers
Shane is currently a Senior Software Developer Lead at Feyen Zylstra. As a father, leader and developer who likes to work with people more than computers, Shane has relentlessly invested in continued education and enjoys giving back to the team. Shane will speak about his experiences in working with business analysts and a development team going through an agile transformation and how improving his communication skills opened up opportunities.
