SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for the lean-agile enterprise) is one of fastest growing scaling agile frameworks. Some local companies are 'trying' it out, some companies are thinking about it, and others are skeptical.

This topic will be presented by Tom Powers. Tom has 25+ yrs.experience in Information Technology, Business Operations, and Project Management from start-ups to large organizations. He is passionate about working closely with team members to implement strategic organizational transformational projects using technology, systems thinking, and process improvement. He has a BS in Management from Cornerstone University and has multiple Project Management certifications; PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO. SPC.
As a SAFe Program Consultant, he is a certified trainer for Agile Roles such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Leaders (SA), SAFe Teams (SP), SAFe DevOps (SDP)
