IIBA West Michigan invites you to a free virtual event presented by Mihaela Popescu, CBAP, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe DevOps

This presentation will walk you through the SAFe and DevOps core concepts, highlighting areas of the framework where the business analyst brings value. Using examples from the field, the presenter will navigate key areas of the framework, roles and concepts that can help position the business analyst as a key contributor to agility.

About the speaker: Mihaela Popescu is a business analyst professional with over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology arena. She is currently a Lead Business Systems Analyst at Spectrum Health/ Priority Health and has been practicing SAFe agile as part of the organization’s SAFe transformation for about 1 year and a half. She first started practicing SAFe on digital initiatives and now she is practicing SAFe on health insurance initiatives. In her role, Mihaela also provides leadership to the Priority Health Business Analysis Community of Practice.

Mihaela is a Certified Business Analysis Professional and serves on the IIBA West Michigan Chapter board as the Vice President of the chapter.
